Where is our data hosted?

Depending on your requirements, your data is hosted in Switzerland or Europe (France, Germany, Finland) through our European infrastructure partners. For organizations subject to strict regulatory constraints (banking, healthcare, public institutions), we also offer On-Premise deployment directly on your own servers. In all cases, your data never leaves your perimeter.

How are you protected against the US Cloud Act?

Accepted Answer

We do not use any provider subject to US jurisdiction. Our infrastructure relies exclusively on European and Swiss partners. Deployed software is 100% open source, with no dependency on non-European third-party services. In On-Premise mode, your data remains physically in your datacenter. No exposure possible.

Are you compliant with GDPR and Swiss DPA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our stack is based on audited open source software, hosted in European jurisdictions or directly on your servers. We provide standard DPA (Data Processing Agreements) and can produce complete technical documentation for your legal and compliance teams. Our processes and infrastructure are aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements.

Do you only manage hosting, or the full integration?

The entire chain, end to end. We are not a simple hosting provider. Pilae handles infrastructure, data pipelines, AI integration, API and business connector development, and continuous monitoring. We operate across the entire technical information system, including for organizations without a dedicated internal IT team.

Can you deploy and customize AI solutions on our internal data?

Accepted Answer

This is one of our core competencies. We deploy open source models (Mistral, Llama, etc.) on your infrastructure or ours, and specialize them for your context through fine-tuning or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. We systematically start from existing open source applications that we adapt to your environment. Your training data remains strictly confidential.

We rely exclusively on proven open source technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Airbyte, dbt, Apache Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, Mistral AI, Llama, n8n, Keycloak, ArgoCD, and many more. No vendor lock-in: everything we deploy is auditable and remains your organization's property.

Do you do custom development?

Yes, in addition to infrastructure. Our engineers design APIs, data connectors, business applications, and automated workflows tailored to your business processes. We work both as reinforcement for your existing teams and in complete autonomy for organizations without an internal technical team.
