Appointment Booking

When you book an appointment through our scheduling system (Cal.com), we collect the information you voluntarily provide:

  • Name
  • Professional email address
  • Information related to appointment scheduling

This information is processed by Cal.com in accordance with their own privacy policy, and shared with our team for appointment management. It is not shared with any other third parties.

Browsing Data

This site does not use any cookies, traffic analysis tools, or advertising trackers. We do not collect any browsing data.

Purpose of Processing

Data submitted when booking an appointment is used exclusively to organize and follow up on your appointment and, where applicable, to initiate a business relationship.

Processing is based on your consent (voluntary appointment booking) and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 31(1) FADP).

Recipients

Your data is received by the Pilae SA team and processed by Cal.com as a data processor for appointment management. It is not shared with any other third party or business partner.

International Transfers

Cal.com may process certain data outside of Switzerland and the EEA, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. Apart from this, your data is not transferred outside of Switzerland and the European Economic Area.

Retention Period

Data related to appointment bookings is retained for the time necessary to process your request, then deleted within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of a business relationship, data is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
